Today, there is ban on killing tiger or lion; but no ban on killing a cow/cattle.
Is it not a matter of concern ?
The organization ‘Prevention of Cruelty towards Animals’
is also not bothered about cows/cattle.
Though, in India where people treat cow as mother !
